I was a young golfer with professional dreams, but I had to adjust the course of my life due to a series of back injuries. Looking back, they were a blessing in disguise.

I made it my mission to seek, study, learn, and work with others to find out the "why" and "how" so that I could heal and strengthen my body. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
