Utilizing the TrainHeroics app, you can still receive your training program on the road. Through the app I upload all your protocols and programs onto your calendar. It contains personally recorded guided videos, detailed instructions, and open line communication with me so you can continue progressing to your goals.

  • Sessions on average are 1 hour

  • Sessions are sold by a package of 10 sessions. You can purchase either before the first session or on the day of your session. For more information please send an inquiry.

  • All ages! My experience ranges from 11 - 72 years olds

  • I provide coaching through a body mechanic perspective, but I do not give swing specific coaching

  • It depends! If we are, for example, working on speed and power and need to test it on the range, that can be arranged

  • No, the applications of PNR can be applied to various disciplines and lifestyles. I have had volleyball, track, softball athletes, golfers and seniors train under PNR.
